When attendance challenges and personal barriers began impacting learning, a middle school student at a CISofHR supported school needed consistent support.
Through one-on-one case management, family engagement, and targeted attendance supports, the Site Coordinator worked alongside school staff to identify challenges and remove barriers.
The students attendance improve, classroom engagement increased, and academic progress followed.
