Community Hub
Resources, connections, and information for every member of the CISofHR community — families, volunteers, educators, and supporters.
Find Your Place in the Community.
Whether you’re a parent looking for support, a professional wanting to volunteer, an educator seeking a referral pathway, or a donor ready to invest in students — there’s a place here for you.
Parents & Students
For Families & Students
If your child attends a CISofHR partner school, a Site Coordinator is ready to help. You can also reach out directly to learn what services are available in your school or district.
- Connect with your school’s Site Coordinator
- Access food, clothing, and emergency assistance referrals
- Find resources and assistance for academic support
- Explore enrichment and after-school activities
- Get college and career planning guidance
Volunteers & Mentors
For Volunteers & Mentors
You don’t need a teaching degree to change a student’s life. CISofHR connects community members with meaningful volunteer opportunities that fit your skills and passion.
Examples include:
- One-on-one mentoring and career coaching
- Academic tutoring and homework help
- Professional skills workshops
- In-kind drives — school supplies, clothing, hygiene
- Special event and enrichment program support
Educators & Administrators
For Educators & Administrators
Teachers and counselors are often the first to recognize when a student is struggling. Our Site Coordinators are your partners — a colleague in the building ready to act on your referrals and collaborate on student support.
- Submit a student referral to your Site Coordinator
- Access classroom support and enrichment resources
- Learn about bringing CIS to your school or district
- Collaborate on school-wide programs and initiatives
- Access data and outcome reports for your school
For Donors & Funders
Your support becomes a student's reason to keep showing up.
Students supported by CISofHR can earn gift cards, snacks, and other incentives as they grow — demonstrating real progress in attendance, behavior, and academics. It’s a simple idea with a powerful effect: growth gets noticed, and progress gets celebrated.
We need the community’s support so we can keep supporting students. To sustain our Token Economy System, we’re raising $15,000 — enough to give every Site Coordinator a budget to meet the individual needs of the students they serve. We also accept in-kind donations such as: snacks & drinks, gift cards, school supplies, etc.
How students earn.
As students grow in these three areas, they earn tokens they can redeem for gift cards, snacks, and meaningful incentives — turning everyday progress into something worth celebrating.
Attendance
Showing up, day after day.
Behavior
Making stronger choices.
Academics
Rising to the challenge in class.
Sustain the System
$15,000
puts a student-incentive budget in the hands of every Site Coordinator.
That budget lets coordinators reward the individual growth of the students they serve — the small, timely recognition that keeps a student motivated to keep going.
Every gift helps — even a small amount stocks a coordinator’s shelf with the rewards that keep a student showing up.
